The YuzziTech Partner Programme is free to join. If you introduce a new customer who engages us for a project or monthly service, you earn a commission on the payments we actually receive.

Commission

Two simple rates

Commission is calculated on eligible payments we have received. Refunds and applicable taxes are excluded.

One-time projects: 10%

For one-time work such as web development or website design, you earn 10% of the eligible payment collected from a new customer you refer.

Example: a customer pays ₦250,000 for an eligible project. Your commission is ₦25,000.

Monthly services: 7% for three months

For recurring services such as SEO, lead generation and social media management, you earn 7% of the eligible payment collected each month, for the first three paid months only.

Example: a customer pays ₦250,000 per month. You earn ₦17,500 for each of months 1, 2 and 3, a maximum of ₦52,500 in total, provided all three monthly payments are received.

If a customer does not pay for a month, no commission is earned for that month. Commission does not continue beyond three paid months.

Eligibility

What counts as a referral

  • The referral must be attributable to an approved affiliate. Your referral code must be recorded when the customer first contacts us.
  • The customer must be a new customer. Existing clients and active prospects who were already in discussion with us do not qualify.
  • Commission is calculated on the eligible payment actually received by YuzziTech, excluding refunds and applicable taxes.
  • Affiliates earn commission only from customer referrals. You cannot earn commission for recruiting other affiliates.
Payments and status

How commissions are tracked and paid

Each commission moves through a clear set of statuses, so you always know where it stands.

  • Pending: the referral is recorded, and we are waiting for the customer's payment to clear and eligibility to be confirmed.
  • Approved: the payment has cleared and the commission has been confirmed.
  • Paid: the approved commission has been paid to you.
  • Reversed: the commission was cancelled because of a refund, cancellation or a correction.
  • Rejected: the referral did not meet the eligibility rules.

Approved commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. The threshold amount and the payment methods will be published before the first payout.

Common questions

Is it free to join?
Yes. There is no fee to join the Partner Programme.
Do I need to be a customer of YuzziTech?
No. Anyone can apply. Approval depends on the referrals you bring.
Can I earn commission on an existing client?
No. Commission applies only to new customers.
Do monthly commissions continue indefinitely?
No. For monthly services, commission is earned on the first three paid months only. There are no lifetime recurring commissions.
What happens if a customer does not pay one month?
No commission is earned for a month that is not paid.
What happens if a customer is refunded?
Refunded amounts are excluded from the commission calculation. If a commission has already been paid on a refunded amount, it will be reversed.
What happens if two affiliates refer the same customer?
Only the first valid referral is recorded. Duplicate referrals do not earn commission.
When will I be paid?
Approved commissions are paid monthly, subject to our minimum payout threshold and the published programme terms.
Which payment methods do you use?
We will confirm the payment methods and publish them before the first payout.
What if I disagree with a commission decision?
Email consulting@yuzzitech.com with the details. We will review the record and reply.

We never ask for bank details in this form. Payment details are collected only after approval, through a secure process.

  1. Eligibility. The programme is open to individuals and businesses that apply and are approved by YuzziTech Solutions Ltd. Joining is free.
  2. Commission rates. One-time projects: 10% of the eligible payment. Monthly services: 7% of the eligible payment for each of the first three paid months. No commission is paid beyond three paid months.
  3. Eligible payment. The eligible payment is the amount actually received by YuzziTech, excluding refunds and applicable taxes.
  4. Eligible customers. A referral qualifies only if the customer is new. Existing clients and active prospects who were already in discussion with YuzziTech do not qualify.
  5. Referral attribution. The referral must be recorded using your referral code or link when the customer first contacts YuzziTech.
  6. Pending commissions. A commission is recorded as pending until the customer's payment has cleared and eligibility has been confirmed.
  7. Payment. Approved commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Payment methods will be published before the first payout.
  8. Refunds and cancellations. Commission is calculated after refunds. If a customer is refunded after commission has been paid, the commission on the refunded amount will be reversed. If a project is cancelled before payment clears, no commission is earned.
  9. Duplicate referrals. Only the first valid referral of a customer earns commission. Duplicate referrals do not earn commission.
  10. Disputes. If you disagree with a commission decision, email consulting@yuzzitech.com with details. YuzziTech will review the record and respond.
  11. No recruitment income. Affiliates may not earn commission for recruiting other affiliates.
  12. Disclosure. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with YuzziTech when promoting its services.
  13. No guarantees. YuzziTech does not guarantee any number of referrals, approvals or earnings.
  14. Changes. YuzziTech may update these terms. The version shown on this page applies.
  15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
